There is a membership level for you, no matter what your level of experience currently. From student members to TEP there is a membership that’s right for you.
Full Member (TEP)
Full Members represent the most senior practitioners in the industry who have a minimum of ten years’ senior level experience as well as a relevant professional qualification or who have completed our STEP Diploma or Essay Route.
Associate Member
Associate Members have a good level of knowledge and experience, but don’t yet meet the criteria for Full Membership. Associate Members will be either working towards completing the Exam or Essay Route or gaining practical experience through their work.
Affiliate Member
Affiliate Members have undertaken previous certificated learning or have prior working experience but don’t yet meet the criteria for Full or Associate Membership.
Student
Students are just starting out in the industry and don’t yet have enough prior knowledge and experience to become an Affiliate, but wish to study with STEP.
