STEP Cayman AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Cayman Islands) will take place on Thursday, 24 September at 4.30pm.

As restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic have now been lifted, members are invited to join the meeting in person. Please aim to arrive by 4.15pm; drinks will be served at the bar and the meeting is expected to run for 45 minutes.

If you are unable or prefer not to attend the AGM, it will be possible to watch and listen to the meeting via Zoom and an invitation to do this will be circulated to members prior to the AGM. However, it is not possible to attend or participate in the AGM virtually, so please ensure that you complete the attached Proxy Form if you will not be attending in person. The proxies are important to ensure the smooth running of the AGM in that the meeting must be quorate by attendance or proxy in order for it to proceed.
