Speakers

Anthony Partridge, TEP specialises in all aspects of non-contentious private trust matters and wealth structuring for institutional trustees and high net worth individuals. He has particular expertise in the use of foundation companies, cross-border succession and probate matters, including resealing foreign grants in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

Jennifer Fox, TEP is a partner at Ogier in the Cayman Islands and has practised offshore in both the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands since 2008 having previously been an advocate at the English Bar since 2004. Jennifer specialises in offshore disputes arising out of fiduciary relationships and in connection with the role and responsibilities of other office holders including liquidators.
